Ordu is surrounded by Giresun in the east, Samsun in the west, Sivas and Tokat in the south, Black Sea in its north.
The population of province Ordu is around 858.576 and the land mass is 6001 sq km.
Turnasuyu flowing from the south into the sea, Melet stream Akgnova stream, Ihca stream, Bolaman stream, Elekgi stream, Curi itrmtrn and Akgay stream divide the area in parts of deep valleys.
These valleys generally consist of steep and separated hills win. h are in the distance of 60 and 70 slopes.

Ordu which keeps the unique natural beauties of East Black sea Rcgion in it's bosom has a lot of small towns such as Akkuş, Aybastı, Çamaş, Çatalpınar, Caybaşı, Patsa, Gölköy and Gürgentepe
